An old piece that’s inspired by the original ending credits theme to Legend of Zelda. Tried to keep the instrumentation as faithful as possible to the original NES hardware – triangle, square, saw waves, etc.
Wrote this piece for a friend a few years back, the performance is by Lucy Zhang and she does a bang-up job considering that she’s basically sight reading it!
Fiddling around on the Nord and produced this small extemporization in C Minor, even if we’re dealing with a 12-tone system of equality, you’ll always be my favorite key.
Darn you Pikachu, your theme song is too damn catchy and I really want to be the very best.
The theme from Pan’s Labyrinth is relatively simple which makes it well-suited to the violin, but required some pretty extensive arranging for the piano.
